Many people ask me about getting passport photos. I do not offer this service, but below are a couple of links that will help.

 

The Mendenhall Post Office in Juneau offers this service. Here are their hours:

Monday-Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday-Sunday Closed

 

It is fairly simple to do this yourself, however. You can find detailed instructions from the US State Department HERE.

This service will crop it and print it an send it to you. Their fee is $30.
